Seeing the Story of Learning: Using Instructional Visits and Data to Lead with Purpose
Instructional visits are more than observations—they’re opportunities to see and tell the story of learning in action. In this interactive session, participants will explore how tools like the RigorWalk can transform visits into powerful leadership practices that connect evidence to action. Engage in hands-on activities to analyze classroom data, identify patterns in practice, and design purposeful next steps that strengthen engagement, agency, and continuous improvement. Leave with strategies to lead focused feedback cycles that turn data into a shared story of growth and impact.
