Empowering Change: A Story of Growth through MOI 101 and 201 Implementation

Join secondary district leaders from Morgan County, West Virginia, as they take you inside their implementation of Instructional Empowerment’s Model of Instruction. Hear firsthand how they navigated successes, tackled challenges, and measured evidence of impact along the way. This session tells the real story of what it takes to move from pockets of practice to a shared culture of empowered teaching and learning. Expect an energizing conversation filled with stories, reflection, and connection—where participants can exchange ideas, learn from one another, and leave motivated to apply new insights within their own districts and schools.
