This session centers on Domain 3 of the Marzano Non-Classroom Instructional Support Model—Continuous Improvement of Professional Practice. Designed for instructional support personnel and observers, the session deepens participants’ ability to analyze how Domain 3 elements drive schoolwide effectiveness and sustained growth. Participants will examine what aligned evidence looks like in non-classroom roles and identify meaningful data and feedback sources that inform professional improvement. Practical strategies and tools will support immediate application within their roles.

Dr. Martha Hightower is a Product Development Specialist with Marzano Evaluation Center and an accomplished education leader, coach, and facilitator. An evaluative thinker and reflective visionary, she brings over two decades of experience spanning special education, general education, and 15 years of school leadership in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Hightower delivers professional learning for teachers and school leaders focused on strengthening planning, instruction, and evaluation to improve student outcomes. She is deeply committed to supporting the whole person—particularly helping leaders avoid frustration through practical, solutions-driven tools and coaching that builds capacity rather than compliance. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and actively serves organizations dedicated to supporting underserved populations.
