101: Student-led Team Basics:
Learn how to start student teaming in your classrooms and prepare to be amazed at how quickly students transform into independent problem-solvers. This full day session includes not only the training, but the durable, ready to use materials for teachers and students. Students will get the processes and structures to respectfully agree or disagree with each other as well as learn to work together as a team using roles and protocols to create a team summary of thinking.
From Data to Impact: Supercharging Your Marzano Evaluation System:
In this fast-paced, hands-on pre-conference session, current school and district leaders will roll up their sleeves and put their Marzano Teacher and Leader Evaluation Models to work in powerful new ways. Using your own IEObservation data alongside achievement results, strategic plan priorities, ‘portrait of a learner’ profiles, and other district initiatives, you’ll identify trends, uncover instructional strengths, and pinpoint areas needing focused support. Then, you’ll build a clear, actionable plan to better leverage the evaluation models as a driver for improved teaching, leadership, and student outcomes. Walk away with practical strategies, customized next steps, and renewed confidence in turning your data into meaningful change.
Planning for Deeper Learning (PK-6):

Join this hands-on workshop to discover a practical framework for upgrading your existing curriculum, promoting deeper learning through rigor, student agency, and strategies tailored to the developmental needs of all learners. Walk away with a refreshed approach and ready-to-implement plans for your first month of school. (Prerequisite: Must have completed MOI 101 Student-Led Team Basics course)
