101: Student-led Team Basics:

Learn how to start student teaming in your classrooms and prepare to be amazed at how quickly students transform into independent problem-solvers. This full day session includes not only the training, but the durable, ready to use materials for teachers and students. Students will get the processes and structures to respectfully agree or disagree with each other as well as learn to work together as a team using roles and protocols to create a team summary of thinking.

[New] 201: First Step to Team Autonomy:

Take the next steps to shift your vision of teaching and learning from teacher-centered to student-centered while acquiring additional tools and strategies that can be implemented immediately.

(Prerequisite: 101 Student-Led Team Basics)

[New] From Evaluation to Elevation: Transforming Student Outcomes with Marzano Tools:

Have you been using Marzano Evaluation tools but not seeing the lift in student achievement you want? Learn how to analyze your current approach to identify ways to increase student performance through more effective and efficient use of the evaluation and growth process.

[New] Leading Model of Instruction Implementation:

Empower yourself as an instructional leader to drive meaningful and sustainable change across your school. In this session, you’ll explore how to establish the systems needed to create student-centered classrooms that prioritize deep learning, high rigor, and strong student agency. Learn practical strategies for implementing the Model of Instruction and transforming your school’s instructional practices for lasting impact.
